System Requirements

Before installing OCR Xpress for Linux, make sure your computer system meets the minimum requirements detailed in this section:

64-bit Intel-based platform
GCC 4.8 or greater
CMake 2.8 or greater
Java Runtime Environment: Oracle Java SE 1.8 (to run License Manager and Server Licensing Utility)

OCR Xpress for Linux should also run on other Linux distributions, as long as they fully satisfy the requirements listed in this section.
